We kindly ask that you give 24hours notice if you require cancelling or re-scheduling an existing appointment.
Your appointment time is valuable and has been reserved specifically for you.
Less than 24hours notice impacts business and the opportunity to treat other clients.
We reserve the right to charge 50-100% of the treatment onto your next treatment and also take a deposit for future bookings.
No-Shows will require a deposit if you wish to book with us again
Deposits may be required at busier times.
